Rostock city harbor

Distance: approx. 0.1 km

Just a few steps away from the hotel: the city harbor is Rostock’s showcase to the Warnow – with bars, restaurants and a fresh breeze. Perfect for soaking up the sun or simply drifting along. If you want to get out on the water yourself, you can hire a boat without a license or get on a stand-up paddleboard.

Museum of Cultural History

In the middle of the old town lies the former monastery of the Holy Cross – today the home of Rostock’s city history. Impressive architecture meets a Hanseatic past here. Exhibitions, rooms to discover and historical details bring time to life.

Kröpeliner Strasse

Warnemünde

Distance: approx. 15 km

It is only 20 minutes by S-Bahn to Warnemünde. The Baltic Sea welcomes you with a wide beach, fresh breeze and real promenade flair. A place to arrive, take a deep breath and fall in love. Perfect for spontaneous excursions or a whole day by the sea.

Rostock Zoo

Distance: approx. 4.8 km

Europe’s best zoo 2022 inspires with animal diversity and impressive nature. The Darwineum invites you to travel back in time, the extensive grounds to marvel and linger. Karl’s adventure village

Distance: approx. 9 km (Rövershagen)

Fancy strawberries, soap making, adventure and crafts? Karls in Rövershagen is not a typical farm – but an all-day experience. A paradise for children, for adults a lovely mixture of market, museum and funfair. And only 20 minutes by car or train from the hotel.

Warnemünde lighthouse

Distance: approx. 17 km

Visible from afar – and always worth a visit: the lighthouse in Warnemünde combines history, views and sea air. 135 steps lead to a panoramic view over the sea and the town. If you’re looking for that Baltic Sea feeling, you’ll find it right at the top – and very clearly.
