Frequently asked questions about birthday and family celebrations
Which rooms are available?
Whether a small celebration or a large event – with our rooms in the ScanHotels Stadthafen, the event area in the STRANDE and the event areas in the ScanHotels Stadthafen, together we will find the right setting for your event.
Do you work with partners such as photographers or DJs?
Yes, we are happy to recommend our professional contacts – e.g. photographer, DJ, florist or event technician.
Are there parking facilities?
There is a public underground parking garage under the hotel (clearance height 1.90 m).
What technical facilities are available?
You will receive the sound system for your DJ free of charge. We will clarify details or extra equipment directly with you. Live music possible by arrangement.
Can rooms also be booked for the event?
Yes, depending on availability, guest rooms can be booked directly and then stay overnight with us.
How long can the party last?
Our events end at 02.00 am at the latest. The last drinks round starts 30 minutes before.
How many people can book?
Our offers are valid for groups of 25 or more. We will put together a suitable overall package for you.
