New highlight at the city harbor
On December 19, 2025, we will take over the keys to our new ScanHotels at the city harbor.
This marks the start of our “housewarming phase“: the first guests will experience the hotel and test the processes together with our team. In this way, we ensure that we are well prepared to open the doors “fully” in January and thus finally open the hotel.
The ScanHotels Stadthafen is more than just a hotel – it is a place for conscious time-outs. Right on the waterfront, between the old town and the Warnow river, a combination of modern design, soothing tranquillity and high-quality comfort awaits you. Four of our apartments also have their own covered terrace – ideal for your first coffee in the morning or a view over the water in the evening.

UNSER BIER is the place for relaxed get-togethers with character. Hand-brewed beer, home-made classics and an atmosphere that brings people together. Whether it’s a toast at the end of the day or just for fun, this place is all about real taste and real encounters – with an eye on the glass and the other person.
